Brunswick Corporation seeks an experienced Manager, Duty Drawback & Trade Recovery Programs to build and lead the U.S. drawback capability. You will implement drawback software, develop audit-ready processes, and maximize recovery of duties, tariffs, and other refunds.
The role requires leading enterprise software implementation, SOPs, controls, and KPI development, with collaboration across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Brokers, Legal, and Trade Compliance.
Brunswick is seeking an experienced Manager, Duty Drawback & Trade Recovery Programs to build and lead duty drawback and customs duty recovery capability. This position will be responsible for implementing drawback software, developing audit-ready processes, and maximizing recovery of customs duties, tariffs, and other eligible governmental refunds.

The hiring range for this position is $103,200 to $144,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
