Job summary

SimonMed radiology is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, in a fast-paced outpatient setting in Orlando. You will ensure image quality, proper positioning, and patient comfort while adhering to MQSA, ACR, and HIPAA standards.

You bring ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) credentials, active state license where required, current BLS, and a commitment to continuous training.

Qualifications

• ARRT radiography and mammography credentials required.
• Current state license where required.
• BLS certification must be current.
• MQSA compliance and 15 breast CEUs every 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography including tomosynthesis.
• Position patients properly and optimize compression with ALARA.
• Maintain QA, documentation, RIS and PACS accuracy.
• Mentor students and support clinical team.
