Job summary

SimonMed Radiology, LLC is seeking a Mammography Technologist to deliver high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, with clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.

You'll work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, maintain MQSA compliance, ARRT certifications, and keep RIS/PACS workflows running smoothly while mentoring students and supporting a patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• ARRT advanced certification in Mammography (M) required.
• Valid state radiologic technologist license where applicable.
• Current BLS certification.
• MQSA — 15 breast CEUs every 3 years.
• Initial mammography training documentation complete (25 signed-off exams).
• Tomosynthesis and digital training documentation current.
• 1+ year of mammography experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography, including tomosynthesis, per ACR, MQSA, and facility protocols.
• Ensure accurate positioning, optimal compression, and ALARA exposure.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and image labeling; ensure QA and compliance.
• Communicate with patients to reduce anxiety and improve exam experiences.
• Mentor students, support a positive clinical culture, and uphold professional standards.
