Innovative Network of Knowledge in Alabama is seeking an Early Head Start educator to support infants and toddlers with developmentally appropriate activities and family engagement.

The role requires a high school diploma, Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months, and First Aid/CPR certifications; bilingual Spanish is a plus. You will work with parents and staff to ensure readiness for school and compliant with Head Start standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; must complete Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months.
• First Aid and CPR certifications must be obtained and maintained.
• Prefer 2 years of related experience in Early Head Start; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Must supervise classroom activities and staff; strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Attend all required training and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to implement Frog Street curriculum.
• Document child progress; provide Part C Service Coordination for children with special needs.
• Supervise classroom activities and parent volunteers; engage community agencies.
