Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking a dedicated Early Head Start educator. You will work in a preschool setting, plan developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers, and collaborate with families to support readiness for school.

Responsibilities include implementing curriculum, supervising classroom activities, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to Head Start standards and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and must complete an Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months of employment.
• First Aid and CPR certifications required to be maintained.
• Prefer 2 years of related Head Start experience; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend all required training, online trainings, workshops and staff meetings.
• Plan and implement Frog Street Infants & Toddlers curriculum appropriate to ages, languages and cultures served.
• Supervise all classroom and outdoor activities; document and report on progress and health.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to meet individual goals and maintain confidentiality (FERPA/HIPAA).
• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate activities and screenings as per Head Start standards.
• Maintain records and participate in family engagement and Parent Committee activities.
