Job summary

The First National Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Loan Servicing Supervisor to lead the Loan Servicing team, provide hands-on guidance, and ensure efficient operations across residential, consumer, commercial, and Ag loans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Provide metrics and supervise documentation QA.
