Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Loan Servicing Operations Specialist to handle transaction requests from customers and colleagues in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

You will perform routine clerical tasks, apply banking procedures, maintain data accuracy, and meet service level agreements. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in operations, basic accounting knowledge, and strong multitasking and communication skills. This is a full-time role based in Rhode Island with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in an operations environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and how corrections affect an account.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical tasks with high quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply procedures and knowledge of banking products to tasks.
• Work independently, conduct basic research and problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures, regulations, risk policies and SLAs.
• Perform basic data entry and compile simple data elements.
• Multitask, cross-train within the department, and take on additional responsibilities.
