Formación

• Master’s degree in social work.
• Current LMFT licensure by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in healthcare, community mental health, or social services settings.
• Willingness to undergo and pass background checks and drug testing.

Responsabilidades

• Provides individual and group counseling/therapy and conducts assessments.
• Develops and participates in care plans.
• Coordinates with care team for referrals and integration across services.
• Maintains documentation of patient encounters in the electronic health record.
• Provides crisis intervention and supports patients with MH/BH interventions as needed.
