Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health in Georgia seeks a licensed therapist for outpatient services. You will provide individualized case management and a range of counseling services, with crisis intervention as needed.

The role requires a master's degree and GA licensure (LAPC/LMSW/LPC/LCSW). You will work with an interdisciplinary team, manage a caseload, and collaborate with community providers to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in mental health field.
• GA licensure LAPC/LMSW/LPC/LCSW required.
• Experience with individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessments, individual, family, crisis, and group counseling according to treatment plans.
• Completes paperwork and ensures eligibility criteria are met or referrals made.
• Manages caseload, ensures charting is complete and up-to-date.
• Communicates with referral sources and advocates for individuals as needed.
• Participates as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
