Job summary

ARCHER Systems, LLC is seeking a Lien Resolution Project Manager in Austin, TX to guide mass tort dockets through lien operations from intake to completion. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, manage milestones, and ensure accurate reporting and timely communications across departments.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from a 4-year college or university or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to glean conclusions from datasets and communicate findings.
• Excel skills include pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts, and logical formulas.
• Experience in legal project management and lien resolution is preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee lien resolution dockets from intake to completion.
• Identify needs, remove roadblocks, and ensure protocols are followed.
• Maintain databases and analyze data to guide docket progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for timely execution.
• Track docket milestones and coordinate invoicing for milestones.
• Generate and report on key docket metrics.
