Job summary

ARCHER Austin seeks a PLRP Lien Specialist to resolve complex healthcare liens via data analysis, legal interpretation, and independent judgment. You will work with SQL, Excel, MS Access, and ARCHER tools to drive compliant, data-driven lien strategies at scale.

You will collaborate across teams, communicate results to stakeholders, and mentor external partners on ARCHER standards while meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in business operations, legal administration, claims operations, or related roles.
• 2-3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven problem solving.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, Finance, Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Upload and extract large datasets using proprietary tools; evaluate complex lien issues and recommend resolutions.
• Maintain accurate digital client files and transfer data with PLRP agencies.
• Ensure outputs meet accuracy, documentation, and regulatory standards; address exceptions.
• Audit medical claims itemizations and advise on resolution pathways.
• Provide consultative analysis that influences operational decisions and lien strategies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as primary ARCHER contact.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely service delivery.
• Prioritize analytical work based on business impact and risk.
