Job summary

ARCHER Systems in Austin, TX is seeking a Settlement Lien Resolution Manager to guide mass tort dockets through lien operations from intake to completion. You will collaborate across departments and with external parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of lien services.

The role demands strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and the capacity to coordinate milestones, reporting, and protocol development in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to analyze datasets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ARCHER performs full scope of services per Master Settlement Agreement and client firms.
• Identify docket needs and ensure they are met; remove roadblocks and ensure deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date data in databases and tools; analyze data for process improvements.
• Develop health claim audit protocols and assist in external lien communications.
• Coordinate with departments on milestones and invoicing; ensure timely lien payments.
• Track and report on key docket metrics.
