Job summary

ARCHER Systems in Austin, TX is seeking a Lien Resolution Project Manager to guide mass tort dockets through lien operations from intake to completion. You will collaborate across departments to ensure timely and accurate lien resolution deliverables.

The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and the ability to work with internal teams and external parties to steer progress on dockets and improve process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree from a 4-year college or university or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify docket needs and clear operational roadblocks across departments.
• Ensure adherence to Master Settlement Agreement protocols and client requirements.
• Maintain and audit lien resolution databases and tooling for accuracy.
• Track milestones and coordinate invoicing with accounts receivable when due.
• Prepare lien payment requirements and ensure timely processing.
