Columbia Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide outpatient individual and family therapy, with supervision and growth opportunities in a collaborative clinical team.

The role supports clinicians in gaining licensure, emphasizes culturally sensitive care, and offers a comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education program within a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or eligibility by time of hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists.
