Columbia Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed mental health therapists to join our collaborative clinical team. You will provide outpatient therapy to diverse clients, develop treatment plans, and participate in supervision and case conferences while advancing licensure goals.

Formación

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, MFT or related field.
• Current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or eligible for licensure by hire.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Willing to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
