Columbia Mental Health, a Transformations Care Network participant, seeks licensed mental health therapists to empower clients and support licensure progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outpatient therapy and crisis planning while maintaining high ethical standards.

Formación

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or eligibility by hire.
• Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development and continued education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time, complete documentation, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients’ needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
