Responsibilities

• Process leasing applications under Section 8 and LIHTC guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements and maintain resident files.
• Coordinate lease execution and renewals with management and compliance terms.
• Prepare and submit documents for audits and reviews.
• Provide exemplary customer service and create a welcoming environment.
