Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist (Finance) to help build and deliver training across our organization. You will develop customized training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led content, and job aids, and deliver engaging sessions both in-person and online.

You will evaluate training outcomes, stay current with industry trends, and collaborate with the L&D team and operations to ensure programs meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 8 years of learning & development experience.
• Experience delivering in-person and virtual training.
• Experience evaluating training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized training materials incl. eLearning, instructor-led training, and job aids.
• Deliver engaging training in person and virtually.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage LMS and generate reports to measure impact.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align programs with goals.
• Travel to subsidiaries as needed.
