Job summary

Move United is seeking a Ski and Snowboard Program Director to provide strategic leadership for our winter programming across various resorts in Colorado. The ideal candidate will oversee adaptive lessons, manage a seasonal team, and ensure program excellence through rigorous risk management.

Your role includes designing training programs, managing volunteers, and collaborating with multiple resorts to ensure high-quality experiences for participants. The salary range is $80,000 – $115,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing an adaptive ski program or a comparable outdoor recreation/ski resort operation.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/database platforms.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, leading, and mentoring diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality adaptive lessons through effective staff management.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff and volunteers.
• Oversee all program functions, including scheduling and budgeting.
