The candidate will perform evaluations, set objectives with the team, and help families navigate resources to support patient independence and successful community reintegration.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) required.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with brain/spinal injuries or acute diagnoses.
• BLS First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.

• Performs comprehensive evaluations of patients and families.
