Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with grant writing assistance, research, project coordination, contract administration, or consulting support services.
• Strong writing, editing, research, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare grant applications, budgets, and project reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to travel to various sites as needed (own transportation).

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility evaluations, due diligence, existing conditions assessments, and regulatory research while developing preliminary project schedules, budgets, funding strategies, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, and agency approval processes by managing submissions, tracking review progress, monitoring regulatory requirements, and facilitating communication between project teams, clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies as requested.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, schedules, records, correspondence, project tracking systems, knowledge management resources while supporting quality assurance, quality control, standards development, and process improvements as requested.
• Prepare technical reports, research summaries, presentations, stakeholder communications; coordinate project and client meetings; monitor project budgets and performance metrics; and support business development, funding strategies, and departmental operational objectives.
