Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license in Florida.
• 5+ years of land development engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Experience managing design tasks and coordinating with clients and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed land development design including site grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Lead permitting efforts and respond to RFIs/RAIs with Florida agencies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to establish scope and design intent.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules while maintaining quality standards.
