CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architectural design firm seeking a Senior Project Manager for Land Development in Jacksonville, FL. The role leads projects from initiation to completion, coordinating engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors to meet scope, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and scheduling; supporting senior management; and ensuring timely deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with civil design projects for site development, drainage, or municipal projects.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary project teams to meet scope, schedule and budget.

Aufgaben

• Develop project plans, including scope, timeframe, and budget.
• Coordinate engineering teams, designers, contractors, and vendors for optimal outcomes.
• Support senior management to define scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with proposals and contract preparation.
• Manage project budgets and track spend.
• Coordinate quality standards across the organization for client satisfaction.
• Maintain project records and status updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
