Job summary

Jobtailor in Chicago is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead and collaborate on end-to-end training initiatives across the organization, employing ADDIE and SAM methodologies. You will design engaging content, run virtual classrooms, coordinate train-the-trainer programs, and partner with SMEs and external vendors to deliver high-impact learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of end-to-end learning development and evaluation, including corporate training.
• Ability to design and deliver effective virtual and on-site training at the Chicago campus.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual classrooms using multimedia tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze stakeholder performance indicators to determine training needs.
• Familiarity with DEI principles and promoting workplace inclusion.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Synthesia, LMS, and related learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or collaborate on end-to-end training projects.
• Analyze training needs and define assessment criteria; design surveys and focus groups.
• Develop engaging learning content and curricula across media.
• Deliver training sessions in person and virtually; coordinate train-the-trainer programs.
• Support marketing and communications plans for training initiatives.
• Maintain curricula, records, and LMS administration; measure learning metrics.
• Stay current with L&D trends and mentor team members.
• Source and manage external vendors to design and deploy programs.
