Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Benelux is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to join the team at our headquarters in Belgium. You will manage all trainings for our 3 business lines and support the L&D team in delivering a high-impact training strategy.

Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will coordinate training activities, optimize communication, and stay aligned with current LMS and intranet tools. Travel to various sites is required to support development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education in Administration, HR or similar.
• Experience with HR, Learning & Development & Health & Safety.
• Willing to travel to Belgium sites and hold a B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage trainings for 3 business lines and all staff.
• Define, implement and manage the training offer.
• Support local Training Administrators and optimize communication flow.
• Centralize training needs, manage purchase orders and subsidies.
• Handle organizational and logistics aspects (invites, rooms, catering, attendance).
• Administer in Workday and other platforms, monitor training programs.
• Stay up to date with LMS, Intranet, SharePoint, Teams.
• Collaborate with L&D team and training partners.
• Act as back-up for L&D colleagues on training programs.
