Job summary

Soliant seeks an Occupational Therapist for a contract role in a dynamic K-12 education setting. The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through June 11, 2027.

This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to support students with diverse needs and collaborate with dedicated educators and specialists. Ideal candidates hold California OT licensure, experience in school-based settings or with K-12 students, and strong skills in assessment, IEP development, and progress

Qualifications

• California OT licensure is required.
• Experience in school-based OT or K-12 preferred.
• Ability to assess physical, sensory, and motor development.
• Strong collaboration and communication with educators, parents, and specialists.
• Organizational skills to manage a full caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite, evidence-based OT services to students in grades K-12.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement treatment plans.
• Document services and progress per school/district policies.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families on strategies to support learning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes.
