Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time, onsite contract near San Jose, CA. You will deliver direct services to students at two educational centers and collaborate closely with educational teams and families to support growth and success.

Required CA OT license with eligibility, at least two years in pediatric therapy, and school-based experience. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork and direct student impact in a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CA OT license or eligibility under the California Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
• At least two years of pediatric clinical experience.
• Experience in educational settings addressing developmental disabilities.
• Strong collaboration with teams and families.
• In-person, onsite services only; remote not available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to students focusing on fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive functioning.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and IEP planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document interventions per school protocols.
• Provide consultative support and resources to staff and families.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric school-based OT.
