Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess relevant experience in human services, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Requires two years of relevant experience in the human services field.
• Experience working with youth ages 11-17 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the referral, admission, and discharge process for youth.
• Assess referrals and gather required information.
• Conduct intake interviews and complete assessment documentation.
• Manage data tracking and information sharing.
