Job summary

Methodist Home for Children in Kinston, NC is seeking a Night Shift Assessment Center Supervisor to lead the new Eastern Area Juvenile Crisis & Assessment Center. You will supervise Youth Care Workers, oversee youth safety, and guide assessments and therapeutic activities.

Must be 21+ years old, with a High School Diploma/GED and supervisory experience. Flexible 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and a valid NC driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Supervisory or staff management experience (social services a plus).
• Experience working with youth in residential/therapeutic settings.
• Flexible availability (12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays).
• Valid NC driver’s license.

Responsibilities
