Goodwill Industries – Big Bend seeks a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to craft content, coordinate projects, and support internal communications and events. You will help produce newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials while maintaining brand alignment and engaging community audiences.

The role involves assisting with website updates, digital signage, and campaign reporting, with a focus on mission-driven storytelling and collaboration across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, marketing, PR, business administration, or related field.
• Two+ years of communications, marketing, project coordination, or related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, social media platforms, and similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create and distribute internal communications, newsletters, digital signage content, employee recognition materials, flyers, and other collateral.
• Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading marketing content.
• Develop stories, success features, and mission-focused content.
• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and reporting.
