Under the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will create content, coordinate projects, manage internal communications, support events, and handle administrative tasks to advance our mission-driven marketing efforts. You will write and edit materials, develop stories highlighting impact, manage social media content, and assist with website updates while maintaining organized

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, marketing, PR, business, or related field preferred.
• Two+ years of communications, marketing, project coordination, or related experience.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute internal communications, newsletters, digital signage content, employee recognition materials, flyers, promotional collateral, and other communication materials.
• Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading marketing and communication content.
• Support development of stories, success features, and mission-focused content.
• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, monitoring, photography, video collection, and reporting.
• Support website updates and digital communication initiatives.
• Maintain digital content libraries and communication resources.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and communication schedules.
• Coordinate event registrations, materials, signage, photography, vendor communication, and promotional activities.
• Support campaign implementation and project reporting.
