South Sound Behavioral Hospital in Lacey, WA is seeking a dedicated Assessment and Referral Clerk. This full-time role handles receiving, scheduling, and referring inquiry calls, supporting the intake process and insurance data collection.

You will assist A&R Counselors, Coordinators and the Director in coordinating assessments and preparing intake paperwork, helping to ensure a seamless admission experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital intake department.
• CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, schedule and/or refer inquiry calls as part of the Assessment and Referral process.
• Assist A&R Counselors, Coordinators and Director with coordinating assessments and initiating intake paperwork and insurance information.
• Work with Admission Coordinators to ensure a smooth transition into the admission process.
