Qualifications

• A minimum of two years experience in a psychiatric hospital setting including customer contact.
• Working knowledge of the DSM-IV and the Mental Status Exam.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in scheduling and referring inquiry calls.
• Conducting level of care assessments on patients seeking evaluation.
