Job summary

South Sound Behavioral Hospital in Lacey, WA is seeking an Assessment and Referral Clerk for a full-time on-site role. You will assist in receiving, scheduling and referring inquiry calls, and support intake paperwork and insurance information with the A&R team.

You will coordinate assessments with Counselors and Directors, ensuring a smooth admission transition. CNA preferred and high school diploma encouraged; compensation includes competitive hourly wages and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital intake department.
• CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, scheduling and referring inquiry calls.
• Coordinate assessments and initiate intake paperwork and insurance information.
• Work with Admission Coordinators to ensure a smooth transition into admission.
