Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks an Instructional Support Specialist for the Mapleton School in Malvern, PA. You will assist teachers by supporting academic, social, and behavioral needs of students with special needs, in a structured environment with a focus on PBIS and daily progress reporting.

The role offers a 52-week schedule, 8am-4pm shifts, tuition assistance, training and development, and benefits eligibility after 30 days.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. Associates Degree or completion of two years of post-secondary education from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the health and safety of youth in the school.
• Provide assistance with academic, social and behavioral needs.
• Support the teacher and administration's direction while supporting youth and reporting progress daily.
• Support and reinforce PBIS goals and objectives.
