Job summary

Devereux Brandwine School in Glenmoore, PA is seeking a PT Instructional Support Specialist to assist with academic, social, and behavioral needs of students with special needs. You will support teachers, reinforce PBIS, and help implement basic educational programming in a collaborative setting.

The position offers up to 32 hours per week with flexible hours during the school session, a pay rate of $19.50–$22.23 per hour based on experience, and opportunities for tuition assistance and ongoing

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Associates degree or two years of post-secondary education preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in special education or behavioral healthcare with students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health and safety of youth in the school setting.
• Provide assistance with academic, social and behavioral needs.
• Support teacher and administrator directions while reporting daily progress.
• Support and reinforce PBIS goals and objectives.
