Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field.
• 1+ year of full-time direct work experience in course design and production.
• Proficient with LMS (Blackboard, Canvas, Learning Suite).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Zoom, and live remote instructional design practices.

Responsibilities

• Create project map and assessment plans with instructors/SMEs.
• Identify and align learning outcomes for each project (needs assessment).
• Assemble content/learning activities in LMS or website.
• Provide direction to instructional design assistants.
• Communicate deadlines to student success teams.
• Manage complex delivery workflows from outline to launch.
• Maintain collaboration with IDs, instructors, and SMEs.
• Identify and implement third-party learning tools.
