Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide job-embedded professional development to teachers and PLCs.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan, model, observe, and debrief instructional practices.
• Support teachers in using data to drive instructional decisions and equity-focused practices.
• Align coaching with ACPS Framework for Quality Learning and Educator Performance standards.
