  • Support the implementation of curriculum standards, district initiatives, and best practices.
  • Analyze student achievement and assessment data with teachers to inform instruction.
  • Facilitate professional development sessions, workshops, and collaborative learning opportunities.
  • Assist teachers in developing lesson plans, assessments, and differentiated instructional strategies.
  • Promote the effective use of instructional technology and digital learning tools.
  • Support new teachers through mentoring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching.
  • Collaborate with administrators to identify instructional needs and school improvement goals.
  • Participate in professional learning communities (PLCs) and data team meetings.
  • Monitor the impact of coaching efforts and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Research and share current educational trends, resources, and evidence-based practices.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on continuous professional growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator.
