Job summary

KPMG LLP invites an Associate to join Infrastructure and Projects Advisory within Deal Advisory in New York. In this role you will review and enhance construction management processes, lead contract reviews, and oversee large capital projects.

You will collaborate with engagement teams, analyze data, and prepare narrative reports and dashboards to support client decisions. The position requires a background in engineering/architecture/construction management, with relevant certifications

Qualifications

Experience in field construction management or construction advisory services on large capital projects.
Engineering/architecture/construction management degree; professional certification preferred.
Experience coordinating clients and subcontractors through full lifecycle of construction projects.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore, E-Builder, Primavera, Prolog.

Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and recommend improvements to construction management processes and internal controls.
Lead construction contract reviews and project oversight for large capital projects.
Define and implement recommendations including construction management policies and IT supports.
Conduct project reviews to evaluate completion percentages, change orders, estimates, and delays.
Work with engagement teams to collect data and prepare reports and dashboards using Excel/PowerPoint.
