Job summary

Connex Credit Union in North Haven, CT is seeking an experienced Indirect Lending Analyst to evaluate and approve credit applications for dealership finance. The role involves conducting thorough credit analyses, gathering data, and collaborating with dealers to maximize quality and minimize risk.

Candidates should have 4+ years in consumer or indirect lending, a business degree preferred, and strong communication and Excel skills. After-hours and some weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of consumer or indirect lending experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality underwriting of indirect loans in compliance with state/federal laws and Connex policies.
• Conduct complete credit analyses by gathering and interpreting information on existing and prospective customers.
• Review dealer credit applications and maintain timely communication with dealers on status and next steps.
• Enter loan-level data accurately into systems and support dealer relationships to maximize value to members.
