Qualifications

• Strong Excel proficiency including large data sets, formulas, lookups, pivots.
• Experience performing data audits, gap analyses, data cleanup.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms; UKG preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS operations, including reporting, data audits, and system updates.
• Perform Excel-based analyses and data quality checks across employee data.
• Create, maintain and distribute HR reports to aid decision-making.
• Collaborate across HR, HRIS, Payroll, and other teams on year-end readiness and integrations.
