Job summary

The Montrose Center is seeking a Housing & Rideshare Coordinator to provide housing and rental assistance, transportation coordination, and supportive services to eligible clients, with a focus on people living with HIV. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Human Services, or related field required.
• At least one year of experience in human services or related field; internship/fieldwork acceptable.
• Experience with case management or supportive services preferred.
• Knowledge of HIV care systems, Ryan White services, and EHE initiatives preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage clients requesting housing or rental assistance.
• Verify and document client eligibility per program requirements.
• Coordinate financial assistance within funding guidelines.
• Provide referrals and connections to healthcare, behavioral health, housing, and community resources.
• Support clients with independent living skills and long-term stability.
• Respond to client needs and crises with supervisor consultation when needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate documentation of client and services.
