Job summary

Premier Health's Upper Valley Medical Center Campus Police is seeking a Security Dispatcher for a 12‑hour shift. You will dispatch security calls, maintain dispatch logs, and manage the Matrix card access system, while assisting patients, visitors and staff with directions and information.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, complete LEADS/CCH certification within 30 days, and you may have prior dispatch or law enforcement experience. Strong composure under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass LEADS and CCH within 30 days of employment and maintain certification.
• No prior job-related experience required, though dispatcher/Law Enforcement experience is desirable.
• Strong ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and courteous.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch security calls and maintain dispatch log sheets.
• Control access to the facility using the Matrix card access system.
• Assist patients, visitors and employees with directions and information.
• Monitor parking and entrances as part of campus security duties.
