Responsibilities

• Recruit hospice volunteers through community outreach and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners.
• Interview, screen, onboard and orient volunteers.
• Coordinate volunteer orientation, training and ongoing education.
• Match volunteers with patients based on needs and skills.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to volunteers.
• Maintain volunteer records, schedules and required documents.
• Track hours and ensure compliance with hospice requirements.
