Job summary

Brightonhospice seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate hospice and home health care to a caseload of patients. You will visit patients in private homes and facilities, perform clinical assessments, and contribute to a dedicated interdisciplinary team focused on quality, comfort, and patient-centered goals.

Requirements include an active RN license in good standing and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, and physicians.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in home and facility settings for a defined group of patients.
• Assess psychosocial needs and coordinate with team to deliver appropriate care.
• Travel across service area using reliable transportation.
