Job summary

Responsibilities include following state laws, coordinating with the supervising PT and healthcare staff, instructing patients and caregivers, and adapting care to diverse home environments. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Follow state-specific laws governing provision of physical therapy in home care and implement treatment defined by supervising PT.
• Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADLs, transfers and safety.
