UnitedHealth Group's At Home Healthcare in Longmont, CO seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver in-home therapy under supervision. You will follow state laws, assist with active and passive exercises, gait training, ADLs, and mobility, while coordinating with the care team.

This role requires driving, weekend availability, and CPR certification. A comprehensive benefits package, 401k, and equity stock participation are available, with total compensation described in the pay range.

Formación

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Follow state laws governing the provision of physical therapy in home care and work under the supervising PT.
• Instructs and aids patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADL, transfer, and prosthetic training.
• Observe and report patient responses and coordinate care with the health care team.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy within the PTA scope.
• Function effectively in diverse home environments.
