Job summary

Etoile Academy Charter School is seeking a Math Teacher to deliver high-quality, data-driven instruction and support all learners toward meeting rigorous standards. You will collaborate with colleagues, including special education staff, to ensure appropriate accommodations and modify lessons as needed to progress toward TELPAS growth and mastery of standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution is required.
• Texas teaching certification preferred or ability to obtain within two years.
• Prior teaching experience in a K-12 setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TEKS and student-centered instructional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven instruction and use scripted curriculum for Math.
• Utilize daily lessons, exit tickets, homework, and assessments to drive progress.
• Plan and deliver lessons, communicate student progress weekly with families.
• Maintain high behavioral and academic expectations aligned with REACH values.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including special education staff, and participate in meetings.
• Support school-wide initiatives and contribute to a productive learning environment.
