Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in special education or related field with GPA 3.0 overall.
• Strong love for helping students grow academically and behaviorally.
• Experience with school-aged children or youth development settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead teachers to co-plan lessons and modify plans based on IEP goals.
• Identify and support students needing SETTS services (individual or small group).
• Develop, modify, and update IEPs in a timely manner.
• Monitor student progress to ensure meeting IEP goals.
